The debtor pays you directly then we invoice you only once repayment is confirmed.

Fees & Cost

• Our fees are reasonable, clearly explained upfront, and based on the complexity of the recovery.

  • Filing Fee
    $50 + GST
    (Payable at the time the debt is lodged)

    Collection Hub Agent Fee
    $125 + GST
    Includes organising delivery and attending a meeting at the debtor’s office (where required).

    Success Fee
    20% + GST of the debt successfully recovered
    Only charged on amounts actually collected.

Authority to Act

To begin, simply complete the Authority to Act form. This gives Collection Hub permission to contact the debtor and work towards repayment on your behalf.

Once received, we will begin the process immediately.
