By engaging Collection Hub Ltd (“the Company”), you agree to the following:

1. Services

We provide debt recovery, repayment negotiation, document service, and related services.

2. Payments

All payments from the debtor go directly to the creditor.

Our commission becomes payable once repayment is received.

3. Fees

Standard commission is 20% of all recovered amounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional service fees may apply (see Fee Schedule on our website or in our engagement materials).

4. Authority

You warrant that you have legal standing to collect the debt and authorise us to act on your behalf.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Losses arising from debtor non-payment

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the creditor

6. Termination

Either party may terminate our engagement in writing. Fees remain payable on any amounts recovered after termination if recovery was initiated by us.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
